A family member of an individual attached to the Parliamentary Services Unit in Battaramulla has been detected with COVID-19, Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena announced in Parliament today.

He said that PCR tests have been conducted on the individual and all members of his office in Pelawatte, Battaramulla as a precautionary measure.

No outsiders will be granted access or allowed to visit the office from today, he further said. (NewsWire)
