CCTV : Daughter of film director killed in accident

Vinavi Mapitigama (41), the daughter of veteran film Director Chandrarathna Mapitigama, was killed and two others were injured when two cars collided head-on at Wellawatta on the Old Havelock Road yesterday.

Accident took place around 5.30 pm yesterday. Deceased Vinavi Mapitigama was traveling with her husband in a WagonR which collided with a Sports car.
