• Nina Turner, a co-chair for Sen. Bernie Sanders' now-axed presidential campaign, used a graphic metaphor to explain what it's like choosing between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden in 2020. 
• "It's like saying to somebody, 'You have a bowl of s--- in front of you, and all you've got to do is eat half of it instead of the whole thing.' It's still s---," Turner told The Atlantic in a story published Monday.
• Neither Sanders' office nor the Biden campaign immediately responded to a request for comment.

One of Sen. Bernie Sanders' closest campaign advisers used a stomach-churning metaphor to describe the choice between voting for President Donald Trump and presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

Speaking to The Atlantic, Nina Turner, a co-chair of Sanders' failed presidential campaign, explained why the decision between Trump and Biden is so disappointing for some progressive Democrats.
