Russia’s coronavirus spread continues to slow, as recovered patient population nears 100,000

On the morning of May 21, Russian officials announced that the country recorded 8,894 new coronavirus infections in the past day (45 more new cases than the day before) bringing the nation’s total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 326,448 patients.
