Lockdown To Be Imposed In Goa? Here's What CM Pramod Sawant Has To Say

<p><strong>Panaji: </strong>Even as the Covid-19 cases continue to shoot up in Goa crossing the 59,000 tally, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Wednesday ruled out another lockdown in the coastal state stating this would have a cascading effect on economic activities.</p> <p>Highlighting the revival of economic activities, Sawant said another lockdown in Goa will disrupt the same. Goa currently has 2,471 active cases while 838 people have so far lost their lives due to the virus.</p>
