Trump family petitioning court to block the publication of a tell-all book from the president's niece Mary Trump

- President Donald Trump's younger brother, Robert, is seeking a temporary restraining order to block its publication, The New York Times reported Tuesday. He claims it violates a non-disclosure agreement.
- "They are pursuing this unlawful prior restraint because they do not want the public to know the truth," a lawyer for Mary Trump said in a statement. "The courts will not tolerate this brazen violation of the First Amendment."
