Actors Emily Blunt and John Krasinski have been together for over a decade.
Since then, they've had two kids, worked on movies together, and celebrated milestone anniversaries.
Here's everything you need to know about Krasinski and Blunt's relationship, from their first meeting to today.
The couple met at a restaurant. A mutual friend, who came to dine with Blunt, introduced them while Krasinski was at dinner with Justin Theroux.
Blunt recounted the story of their meet-cute during an appearance on "Late Night With Seth Meyers."
"It's kind of a sad, lame story," Blunt said. Her friend mentioned that she saw her friend John, which prompted him to ditch Theroux and come over to their table.
"He did not eat. He just stood there and made me laugh," Blunt said.
That same year, Krasinski and Blunt had their first date at a gun range.
"On our first date, I decided, 'I'm gonna really hit the gas and bring her to a gun range,'" he told Conan O'Brien in 2012. "I think that I was so sure that I would never end up with her ... that I was like, 'You know what, I'm gonna blow it right away and then that way you don't feel bad.'"
Less than a year after starting their relationship, Krasinski and Blunt got engaged. Krasinski told the story of their engagement during an interview with "Access Hollywood." He said it involved a lot of tears.
"She did cry after I cried, and we cried, and then everyone around us was crying," he said. "Then, I think people weren't really sure what was going on, but they were crying because we were crying. But it was great."
In 2010, almost a year after Krasinski proposed, he and Blunt tied the knot in a private ceremony in Como, Italy.
According to Us Weekly, Blunt wore a custom dress by Marchesa and their guests included celebs like George Clooney, which made sense since the newlyweds were reportedly staying at Clooney's Lake Como home at the time.
Four years after their wedding, Krasinski and Blunt became parents.
They announced the news in a post on X from Krasinski's account, letting their fans and followers know that Hazel Krasinski had entered the world.
"Wanted to let the news out directly," he wrote. "Emily and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our daughter Hazel into the world today! Happy bday!"
When Krasinski and Blunt welcomed their second daughter, they announced the news the same way: on X.
"What better way to celebrate the 4th ... than to announce our 4th family member!!! 2 weeks ago we met our beautiful daughter Violet," Krasinski posted.
Although Krasinski and Blunt obviously work in the same industry, they didn't star in a project together until 2018.
In 2018, "A Quiet Place" premiered, where they had the chance to star as married parents — and Krasinski both wrote and directed the movie. The couple has said working together only brought them closer.
"I've always been the biggest fan of her, but not until you're in the room when she does what she does do you know why she's so phenomenal," Krasinski said during an appearance on "The Tonight Show." "She's unbelievable."
July 2020 marked 10 years since Blunt and Krasinski got married in Italy. Around that time, Blunt spoke to People about relying on each other during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Having John's support is everything, because we are each other's confidant," Blunt said. "That shared understanding has really been a very vital anchor for me."
"A Quiet Place Part II" came out in May 2021. Krasinski directed the film, and Blunt starred in it alongside Cillian Murphy — who she would later work with in "Oppenheimer."
In a May 2021 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Krasinski reflected on his experience directing Blunt.
"It was always a team effort and we were always on the same page, which was a very rare experience for me," he said. "The shorthand comes from me knowing certain little tics and little signs. So I'll know when she's in the middle of a really good idea, or when she's a little bit anxious, or when she's cold."
Earlier this year, Krasinski was named People's Sexiest Man Alive — and he said he was eager to share the news with his wife.
"I did tell Emily, and she was very excited. There was a lot of joy involved in me telling her," he told People.
During his interview, Krasinski was also asked when he knew Emily was the one.
"The second I met her? I don't know what happened, but I remember someone introduced us, and it was across a room in a restaurant, and I walked over to her to shake her hand. And as soon as I did, I just knew," he said.
