India Coronavirus Cases: 1.96 Lakh Covid Cases, 3,511 Deaths Recorded In Past 24 Hrs, Lowest In A Month

<p><strong>New Delhi:</strong> For first time since mid-April, India&rsquo;s daily caseload dropped below 2 lakh on Tuesday. According to the Union Health Ministry, country recorded 1,96,427 new coronavirus, 3,26,850 discharges and 3,511 deaths in last 24 hours.&nbsp;</p> <p>With this, the total cases of Covid-19 recorded so far are 2,69,48,874 while the Death toll stands at 3,07,231 . As many as 2,40,54,861 patients have recovered and been discharged from the hispotals. There are at least 25,86,782 active casdes of Covid-19 present in the country.&nbsp;</p> <p>Total cases: 2,69,48,874<br />Total discharges: 2,40,54,861<br />Death toll: 3,07,231 &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />Active cases: 25,86,782 &nbsp;&nbsp;<br />Total vaccination: 19,85,38,999</p> <p>ICM reported that total 33,25,94,176 samples for Covid-19 were tested up to 24th May including 20,58,112 samples tested in the past 24 hours.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Union Health Ministry reported that Cumulative number of COVID19 vaccine doses administered in the country exceeded 19.84 crores (19,84,43,550) on Monday.&nbsp;</p>
